IKM are authorised cabling installers for ADC Krone, Panduit & Hellerman Tyton, all of which offer manufacturer backed warranties of at least 15 years on all components and parts.

IKM will always provide a free quotation following a thorough site survey and meeting. The quotation will identify all costs of any given installation activity. All projects, whatever size will be allocated a Project Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of the project throughout its entire life cycle. The Project Manager shall at all times liaise with the client to ensure both the quality and programme milestones are successfully achieved.

At the conclusion of each project an O&M documentation package will be provided, this will include all CAD documentation denoting cable routes, outlet locations, Communication room layout and network schematic diagrams. IKM will also include full paper or CD copies of both Copper and Fibre Test Results.
