We have achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification

IKM has been certified and has operated our business within the quality standard ISO9001 since February 2009, we are now pleased to confirm that we have successfully achieved re-certification to the updated standard ISO 9001:2015.

During the transition phase, we reviewed our procedures and processes and updated them incorporating the new risk-based thinking into our new BAMS manual. Completing this ensured our compliance with both the existing as well as the new elements of the standard.

By achieving this level of certification IKM continues to demonstrate our ability to effectively provide a quality management system, whilst continually improving our processes in order to deliver the right service to each of our clients.
